Here I’d like to give you some information about our organization.
Our apartments are all well located in the center of Florence within a walking distance from the most important monuments of the town. Florence is not a big town, but, as in all the towns in the world, also here there are bad and unsafe places, I only manage good apartments in good and safe areas.
The photos you see on the web site are the photos I personally took, may be they are not very artistic photos but you can be sure they correspond exactly to what you’ll find in the apartment you are going to rent. Also the descriptions tell the plain truth; read them carefully, some apartments have elevator or air conditioned and some don’t; some have only one bathroom and others have two. Anyway I’ll be pleased to answer your questions if you need more information.
If possible I welcome myself our guests. When they arrive in Florence usually they call me and, in a few minutes, we meet in front of the apartment. I show the apartment, I explain what to visit, how to move in Florence and in the neighborhoods, where are supermarkets, markets, and also how to get to Siena, Pisa the cheapest way. I have no interest to publicize restaurants or shops I only give you the information I’d like to get if I were in your shoes.
In each apartment we are providing a brochure where you can find information about the apartment, the shops in the nearby, how to call a taxi, how to have a first rescue and so on.
One last thing: safety. Watch your bags and wallets, keep you money and documents in a safe place and not all in only one place, a line of tourists looking up in the air, as well as a bus or a market are a paradise for pickpockets!
As you see this is a little family business, I and my sons manage a few apartments, so that we can personally oversee all of them and our guests may have the attention and the care they deserve.
