Completely new, this small apartment is the attic of a modern building, on the 4th floor (no elevator - 87 easy steps). Perfect for 1 or 2 people, the apartment has an entrance with kitchenette, a sitting/bedroom with sofa-bed (1/2 bed sits) a good bathroom and a very large terrace. It is well furnished and full of light. In 15 minutes walking you can arrive to the train station and to the city center, there is also an easy bus stop near the house.
Facilities: Air conditioned, TV, refrigerator, hot water, heating, microwave, hair dryer. Minimum stay 2 weeks.

I stayed at cupido for 6 weeks doing Italian language course. Apartment is small but has everything you need. Bathroom is quite large and balcony is really huge.
You need to take a bus to the centre, but it runs frequently. There are shops in the area, bakery, supermarket not so far, vegetable shop and laundry.

I visisted with my wife, the apartment is small but very stylish and classy. It's a very quiet place, we found the apartment to be suitable for our needs
