This very  nice, deliciously furnished and well equipped apartment is located near the limited traffic area , just outside the historical centre of Florence,  15 minutes walking from the Duomo, on the second floor with elevator.
The apartment provides accommodation for up to 4 people and there is a private car parking in an internal court.
One bedroom with king size bed. A large living room with a sofa bed for two people, kitchen and a nice bathroom with shower. There is also a little balcony.
Amenities: independent heating system, air conditioning (both cold and warm), washing machine, iron and iron board, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave oven.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, refrigerator, dishes glasses and so on; a Satellite TV 24", WiFi Fast Internet Connection.

The flat is very well served by several bus route (n° 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 20, 33) and with several shopping opportunities around, a couple of big supermarkets are just few steps from the flat.

Prices: €80/day (minimum 4 nights) - €490/week - €1290/month - utilities not included (based on consumption) - €50 final cleaning - €150 requested as deposit to be returned at check out - Private parking €10/day.
