This is a very nice and confortable apartment, 80sm  deliciously furnished right in the main historical centre of the city.

The apartment is at the first floor (no elevator) and provides various types of accommodation up to 5 people. There are three bedrooms:

• Corte: 2 single beds and private "blue" bathroom (with shower)
• Giardino: 2 single beds and private "beige" bathroom (with bathtube and shower)
• Studiolo: 1 single bed and "red" bathroom (with shower)

The apartment is also equipped with:

indipendent heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and iron board, hair dryer, coffemaker, toaster, microwave oven, SAMSUNG 32" LCD TV set, SAMSUNG Home Theater (radio RDS, DVD, usb, aux1 and aux2), Satellite SET (www.sky.it), High speed flat internet connection with WI-FI (2 access points).

The living room has a very comfortable sofa and an extensible table (up to 8 pax).The apartment is provided with clean sheets and towels and it is very well served by several bus route (n° 14,23, C2, C3, 71); The historical Sant Ambrogio market and a pedestrian shopping area (borgo la croce - beccaria) are just few steps from the flat.

Prices: €130/day(minimum 4 nights) - €800/week - €2200/month - utilities not included (based on consumption) - final cleaning not included (€80) - €200 requested as deposit to be returned at check out.
